Q:How long will it take to receive the products if I placed an order on ArdenFurtado?
A: by DHL or ups is 5-15 working days or Within free shipping is 20 working days in general
After you placed the order, we need 3-7 working days for producing your shoes (after order placed, every shoes would be produced by hand to ensure the quality).
And We provide 2 shipping methods for choosing.
1. Via DHL(+$20) ,it would take 3-7 days to deliver in general.
2. Via Free-shipping ,it would take within 12-19 days to deliver in general.
Q:Is your shoes made by leather?
A:Generally the shoes of ArdenFurtado is made by real leather. Most of shoes on ArdenFurtado are made by natural leather， but some style is made by pu leather in order to control and shape it and better performance in presenting the color.
Besides, some of the shoes we can customize any color, if you are interested in, and some boots we can provide special Customized services and you could add a (Custom Option) together before you place an order.
